Troops Neutralise 3 Terrorists, Recover Arms in Kaduna State

In an operation conducted in Kaduna State, the Nigerian Army neutralised three terrorists who were en route to repair their motorbikes, utilised for conducting heinous activities in Kaduna State.

In a statement shared on Army X handle, said the operation, executed on April 4 in Kidandan Village, Giwa Local Government Area, was initiated based on credible intelligence received by the Nigerian Army.

During the operation, security forces engaged in a fierce gun battle with the terrorists, resulting in the elimination of the three individuals belonging to the terrorist group.

According to the statement, the terrorists were using their motorbikes as a means of transportation to carry out acts of terror in the Slstate and the Northwest region.

Furthermore, the operation yielded significant results, including the recovery of weaponry and equipment.

Among the items seized were, one AK-47 rifle, one stock AK-47 rifle, four motorcycles, and one Motorola radio.

The Army reiterated its unwavering commitment to protecting the country and Kaduna State from terrorist threats.
