Captain Sergi Roberto guided Barcelona to a hard-fought triumph against bottom-ranked America, scoring twice and securing three crucial points in the La Liga title race.
Barca’s victory propels them to third place in the table, trailing leaders Girona by six points and lagging four points behind second-placed Real Madrid, both of whom have a game in hand.

The hosts, fueled by goals from Raphinha and Roberto, took the lead twice, only to be matched by equalizers from Leo Baptistao and Edgar Gonzalez.
