Governor Aiyedetiwa promises to re-engineer road infrastructure

Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa has promised to restructure road infrastructure in the state.

 

 

Governor Aiyedatiwa stated this while inspecting the ongoing road projects at Oda road and the flyover at Onyearugbulem/Irese road. 

Recall that the governor some weeks ago ordered the contractors to resume work on the sites with immediate effect to ensure the timely completion of the road projects.

The governor stressed the importance of completing the Oda road before the start of the rainy season. He promised the support of his administration in  ensuring that the contractors finishes the project on time.

 

Speaking while inspecting the flyover site project, Governor Aiyedatiwa reiterated his administration’s commitment to suppressing traffic congestion and improving road connectivity.

The governor indulge the people on his intention to fulfill the late former Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu’s vision by making the unfinished projects his  priority, by ensuring that they’re completed on time.

Governor Aiyedatiwa was accompanied by some top officials which includes, Secretary to the state, Mr Tayo Oluwatuyi, the Deputy Chief of Staff, Mr Segun Omojuwa, Head of Service, Pastor Kayode Ogundele as well as the officials of the Ministry of Infrastructure, led by the Permanent Secretary, Mr Allen Idowu.
