US adult star, Briggs has stepped forward to quash rumors linking Nigerian socialite Enioluwa Adeoluwa to a leaked video depicting gay activities.
The controversy erupted when a video emerged online on Monday, purportedly showing a man resembling Enioluwa engaged in intimate acts with another man. However, Briggs swiftly refuted these claims, asserting that Enioluwa was not the individual featured in the contentious footage.
Addressing the swirling speculation, Briggs implored Nigerians to cease the harassment and vilification of Enioluwa, emphasizing that the misunderstanding arose due to the striking resemblance between the man in the video and the Nigerian influencer.
“This is Briggs, and I’m an adult star and content creator in the US, doing this video for my Nigerian fans to stop antagonizing because we all know it wasn’t him (Eni) in the video,” remarked Briggs, seeking to put an end to the online uproar.
He further lamented the actions of those responsible for disseminating the misleading content, branding them as “childish and very low.”
Reacting, Enioluwa broke silence regarding the controversy surrounding the video after the pornstar’s clarification.
Enioluwa highlighted the pervasive influence of social media in our lives and underscored the need to foster a safer online environment for everyone, including loved ones and children. He urged his followers to consider the impact of their words and actions online, emphasizing that behind every profile lies a real person with emotions and relationships.
Enioluwa emphasized, “There’s no denying that social media has been integrated into our daily lives. It is therefore important that we encourage safer media, not just for ourselves but for our loved ones and our children as well. The things that we say and our opinions online can change the life of a person forever. Though we might be under faceless accounts or behind keyboards, these people that we speak about have faces. They have feelings, emotions, and loved ones. What we say matters.”
He called on his followers to join him in making social media safer, acknowledging that while mistakes may have been made in the past, it’s crucial to take a stand now for a more positive and empathetic online community.
