With the uncertainty and bore of the international break slowly coming to an end, these are the matches every football fan should look forward to and anticipate:
Bayern Munich vs. Leverkusen:
Well, by every other means of measurement except this season’s form, it should be an easy game for the Bavarian giants as bayer Leverkusen has only beaten Munich once in five games.
But Leverkusen have seen themselves in an enviable form with 3 wins from 3 only replicable by Bayern Munich, No matter your thoughts on this match, one thing that is certain is thatThis will be a blockbuster match.
Manchester United vs. Brighton:
It is almost silly to think that just 2 years ago this would not have been considered a big match, but when you realize that M-United was not able to beat Brighton at a regular 90 minutes match all through last season going as far as humiliating M-United in Old Trafford last season, of course, Man-U will hope to outshine the recent allegations leveled against their winger Anthony.
Can Man-United find a way to stop Red Hot Evan Ferguson or will it be a repeat of what happened at the Emirates? Just to remind the optimistic fans that United winning this match should lift them from the 11th position they currently sit in as Brighton only has 3 points ahead of United.3
West ham vs Manchester City:
With Man-city seeming to grind wins early on in the season, this seems to be a story of David and Goliath but if David will slay the giant; he may have to drop the stones and pick up his hammers because even if Man-city grinds out the wins, the 3 points are all that matters at the end of the day.
It doesn’t not also help the morals of David Moyes supporters when you find out the last time the hammers where able to Beat the citizens was Saturday 19 September 2015 and that David Moyes has only been able to defeat Pep Guardiola once on any stage in his life.
Bonus Matches:
AC Milan Vs Inter Milan:
The resuscitated Italian giants are about to battle it out and although it’s too early to decide who will go on to sit on the throne.
It will definitely be a banger of a match as the red and black stripes of Milan have only been able to defeat their direct rivals once in their last five encounters, but the two teams seem to have refreshed their squads from last season, and they both occupy 1st and 2nd on the Italian log.
Again, there are matches that we did not talk about, but it is most likely because we believe that it is already a decided match so it does not need to be discussed.
But if you have any comments about any of the matches just drop it on the comments.
