A love story that began with a viral proposal on Valentine’s Day has now culminated in the announcement of a wedding date.
Wisdom Anucha, a lecturer at Abia State University, who captured the internet’s attention when he proposed to his student, Grace, in her classroom on Valentine’s Day, is set to take it to the next level with his student-fiancee.
Anucha took to social media to share the exciting news, posting a wedding invitation on his Facebook page.
The invite, addressed to friends, family, and well-wishers, revealed that the wedding ceremony is set to take place on Saturday, 6th April 2024, at St. Paul’s Anglican Church Umuocham, with a reception to follow at Ngwa High School Aba.

Recall that GOLDEN PAGE MAGAZINE reported that the Abia State University lecturer, identified as Anucha Wisdom dropped to one knee and proposed to his girlfriend in her classroom on February 14, Valentine’s Day.
The pictures and videos of the proposal have since gone viral on social media, showing Wisdom professing his love to his fiancée, who was reported to be a student in the Optometry Department.
