Eniola Badmus, a strong supporter of President Bola Tinubu, has been purportedly appointed as a Special Adviser (SA) on Social Events and Public Hearings to the Speaker of the House of Representatives of Nigeria, Tajudeen Abbas.
The appointment of the 42-year-old Nollywood actress went viral on May 10 and has drawn a lot of reactions from netizens.
Some reacted as they filled the social space with congratulatory messages, while others criticised her new position.
As congratulation rolls in, an X user, Lollybee, sends a heartfelt message to Badmus: “Congratulations to you, Eniola Badmus, as you become the SA to Speaker of the House of Representatives of Nigeria.”
Another reaction from a citizen, @Kingsley, stated, “I like that actress Eniola Badmus finally got a reward for the efforts she put into this government during the election period.
“Congratulations to her again as the new SA to Speaker of the House of Representatives of Nigeria.”
An X user, Ola Mi Lekan, wrote, “Dear Agbado Slaves on Twitter.
“While you suffer the economic hardship, they share the national cake amongst their cronies; now tell me what exactly is your gain.
