Real Madrid star, Jude Bellingham, is set to face investigation after he allegedly made a snide remark towards Manchester United Loanee Mason Greenwood.

The Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham finds himself at the center of controversy as Laliga club Getafe has reported him to La Liga over allegations of a shocking insult directed at Mason Greenwood during their recent match.
The incident unfolded during last night clash between the two Madrid teams Getafe and Real Madrid, where Los Blancos emerged victorious with a 2-0 win, courtesy of two goals from Joselu.
Jude Bellingham, the current Kopa boy and also golden boy winner known for his time at Borussia Dortmund before joining Real Madrid, is under scrutiny following claims that he labeled Mason Greenwood “a rapist” during a confrontation between the two near the touchline.

The alleged insult took place after Bellingham tackled the Manchester United forward.
Despite there being no audio capturing the specific words exchanged, television cameras showed the midfielder engaged in a verbal exchange with Greenwood.
Spanish outlet Cadena SER has now reported that Getafe officially approached the La Liga delegate, requesting the alleged comment be included in the referee’s official match report.
While the accusation against Bellingham remains unproven, the midfielder could face severe consequences if an investigation proves the claim to be true.
Mason Greenwood, aged just 22, joined Getafe on loan from Manchester United in the summer transfer window.
His loan move followed a series of controversies, including his arrest in October 2022 on charges of attempted rape, engaging in controlling and coercive behavior, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Subsequently, the Crown Prosecution Service dropped these charges after an internal investigation.
This lead to a loan deal for him, Greenwood has been productive on the pitch for Getafe, scoring six goals and providing four assists in 21 appearances across all competitions this season. Getafe are currently positioned 10th in La Liga.
As for Bellingham, if proven true, could lead to serious consequences for Jude Bellingham, both professionally and personally. La Liga’s investigation will determine the validity of Getafe’s claims and could result in disciplinary actions against the Real Madrid midfielder.
