The President of the United Africa In One Voice (UNAIOV) has called on Country Directors of over 14 Member-African countries to continue to support their home countries’ governments to ensure peace and good governance.
In its bid to unite African countries in the promotion of peace, investment and economic welfare of the region, Dr. Adeyinka Azubuike, President of the Pan-African movement, emphasised the need for peace recently at the formal launching of the organisation in Abuja.

Dr Azubuike, who lamented that the continent is blessed with abundant resources yet wallowing in abject poverty due to institutional corruption and insecurity, charged members to proffer solutions to the problem to complement the efforts of their home countries.
In a statement by the Head of Media (Africa) for the organisation, Dr Amarachi Lovelyn Onuoha, the President told members from 14 countries of Africa to go home with the strategies in mind on how to woo foreign investors, promote peace and ensure stability in their countries of origin.

She said: “The governments can’t do it alone without the support of well-meaning individuals like you here. Go home and make your contributions collectively and individually to the economic growth of your countries.”
UNAIVO with its headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria said they have written to foreign and African country’s embassies to support the organisation in promoting peace and economic development of African Nations.
Member countries representatives present at the occasion were Ghana, South Africa, Nigeria, Tanzania, Gambia, DR Congo, Malawi, Uganda, Zambia, Conakry, Cameroon, Liberia , Sierra Leone and Ivory Coast .
