President Bola Tinubu has expressed gratitude to former President Muhammadu Buhari for his visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to integrity, accountability, and national service.

The President hailed Buhari during the launch of two books on the former President, namely “Working with Buhari: Reflections of a Former Special Adviser to the President, Media and Publicity” by Femi Adesina, and “Muhammadu Buhari: The Nigerian Legacy” by Dr. Udu Yakubu, President Tinubu lauded Buhari’s demonstration of integrity and transparency in governance in Abuja on Tuesday.

He lauded Buhari’s demonstration of integrity and transparency in governance as well as acknowledged him in keeping with his promise, refraining from meddling in governmental affairs after leaving office.

President Tinubu shared insights into the challenges inherited and praised Buhari’s counsel on the complexities of leadership.

Tinubu, recognising Buhari’s organizational prowess, urged him to remain a steadfast pillar in the nation’s development even after retirement.
