The Special Presidential Panel, composed of ministers from strategic sectors, will ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to the reform effort. Members include the Coordinating Minister of the Economy and Minister of Finance (Chairman), Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare (Member), and Honourable Minister of Budget and Economic Planning (Member).

Other members are the Honourable Minister of Information and National Orientation (Member), Honourable Minister of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy (Member), and Honourable Minister of State for Youth (Member).

The President expects the Special Presidential Panel to regain lost public confidence in these crucial programs.

The goal is to usher in a new era of operation based on open and accountable governance frameworks, resistant to abuse and incompetence, exclusively benefiting disadvantaged households across the nation.
