Controversial singer, Habeeb Oyegbile, aka Portable, has sparked a flurry of reactions as he prominently graced the stage at the recently concluded esteemed British Fashion Awards held in London.
The Zazu crooner also during the event shared a heartwarming moment with fellow artiste, Tiwa Savage, referring to her as his ‘godmother.’
This endearing encounter was beautifully captured in a viral video, showcasing their warm embrace and Portable’s infectious excitement, causing ripples of excitement throughout the entertainment scene.

As the year draws to a close, Portable is determined to make a grand exit. In late November, a promotional flyer for a Celestial Church praise night in Lagos created a stir, listing Portable and Fuji star Pasuma as invited artists and drawing criticism on social media.

Responding promptly to the public outcry, the Shepherd-in-charge, Olatosho Oshoffa, assured Celestians that the controversial artists would be removed from the event. In an official Facebook statement, Oshoffa acknowledged concerns, pledging to amend the posters and reaffirming the church’s commitment to its values.
The incident served as the catalyst Portable was waiting for. Unfazed by the setback, he rallied his supporters, encouraging them to back him and advocate for his participation in the upcoming praise night.
We’re just a few days into December, and Portable has a lot more in store for us, I can bet.
