Peter Obi, a presidential candidate for the Labour Party, appeared in court today over an election petition.
The court has set May 17, 2023 as the new date for the pre-hearing between President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Peter Obi of the Labour Party.
Livy Uzoukwu SAN, who is the Labour Party representative (lawyer) has beg the court to adjourn till next week Wednesday so that they go and meet and agree on documents that will be brought before the court without been objected to, this include documents that are controversial
The attorney said, “I’ m also pleading for Monday and Tuesday to file the reply thus so that by Wednesday, the court may just adopt all the documents easily for pre-hearing to go smoothly.
