Nollywood recorded another death as one of the major director and scriptwriter, Reginald Ebere was porportably reported to have passed on.
Former Actors Guid Nigeria (AGN) President Segun Arinze, confirmed the tragedy to newsmen Monday.
Although, in Arizines disclosure, he did not mention the cause of Ebere’s death or the date of his dismissal.
The deceased k directed couples of movies such as Gateman’ (2017), ‘Wicked Love’ (2014), and ‘Living with a Ghost’ (2015).
The late scriptwriter, however, has also directed other Nollyhood movies, which include Commitment Shy’ (2016), ‘The Devil and the Red Sea’ (2017), ‘Tangled Web’ (2017), ‘The Unwanted’ (2017), and ‘Biological Clock’ (2018).

This year, the Nollywood industry has recorded more than 10 deaths, and the AGN president requested that 4-day interceding prayers be needed to avert the reoccurrence of deaths in the movie industry.
Meanwhile, the programmes will be conducted by Jerry Eze, the founder of Streams of Joy International, an online prayer channel.
He underscored its significance and encouraged other actors to participate in the programme.
Furthermore, the number of deaths underscored includes Olofa Ina, Ethel Ekpe, Sisi Quadri, Mr. Ibu, Amaechi Muonagor, Aderounmu Adejumoke, Junior Pope , Zulu Adigwu, and Ganiyu Oyeyemi, among other members of the Nollywood family.
