The Lagos State Government filed two charges against Olaleye that bordered on defiling and sexually assaulting his wife’s niece. These charges led to his arrest. After finding him guilty of the crime of defiling and sexually penetrating a 15-year-old girl, Justice Rahman Oshodi punished him.
The judge ruled that all of the evidence presented to the court supported the victim’s testimony and that the prosecution had established its case beyond a reasonable doubt. Olaleye was charged with engaging in illicit sex with his wife’s 15-year-old niece.

He was also charged with forcing his penis into the teenager’s mouth in order to commit a sexual assault. Aderemi Olaleye, the convict’s wife, testified in court during the trial that her husband had sexually assaulted her niece when she was staying with them.
She further stated that it began between March 2020 and July 2021 and that the offender initially exposed the victim to pornography, oral sex, and sperm release.
The girl admitted to a relative and their driver that the doctor had been sleeping with her, and the witness told Justice Oshodi that she threatened to kill her and the witness if she told anybody else.
The complainant, a mother of two, stated under oath: “My lord, on November 27, 2021, my second cousin informed my aunty, who is my mother’s sister, that since March 2020, Femi has been sexually abusing her and introducing her to pornography; from there, he advanced to oral sex with her, and that he does this in different places in the home where there are no cameras.
