Afrobeats singer David Adeleke, known as Davido has announced plans to disbursed a sum of N300 million to orphanage homes in Nigeria.
The ‘Timeless’ hitmaker annouced this in a statement on his social media platforms on Tuesday.
According to the singer, the donation will be made through David Adeleke Foundation (DAF).

He wrote: “I and my foundation pledge the sum of 300 million Naira to orphanages around Nigeria as my yearly contribution to the Nation, details of disbursement tomorrow.”

In 2023, the music star donated N237 million to several orphanage home in the country.
He published the list of orphanages that benefited from the N237 million disbursement on his X page, formerly Twitter.
Also in 2022, he distributed N250m to 292 Nigerian orphanages.
Davido will publish the details of this year’s disbursement on Wednesday on his social media.
