Renowned music critic Daniel Regha has unleashed a barrage of scathing remarks directed at Kizz Daniel and Davido’s collaborative effort on the remix of the former’s hit track, ‘Twe Twe.’
Amidst the ongoing criticism, Daniel Regha has emerged as a prominent voice, delivering an unapologetic assessment that left no room for ambiguity.
According to him, “Twe Twe” by Kizz Daniel is not merely a subpar creation; it transcends into the realm of a “terrible” composition. To compound matters, Daniel Regha did not mince words in declaring Davido’s verse on the remix as “worse,” thus, adding fuel to the already blazing debate on the artistic merit of the collaboration.
Known for his often polarizing reviews, he spared no punches as he dissected the music composition on his X platform.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, Regha meticulously deconstructed the lyrics, uncovering what he deemed as the Achilles’ heel of the song. He specifically highlighted Davido’s contribution, pointing out what he considered “pointless rhymes.”
Examples included lines such as the comparison of a lady’s body to a natural disaster (“Your body looking like tsunami”) and the seemingly perplexing line, “Make a man go keke na pe pe.”
