Recall that Multichoice Nigeria had earlier officially announced May 11 as the anticipated date for the prestigious Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) 10th edition.
Set to take place at Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos State, this year’s event promises to be a two-day extravaganza spanning from May 10 to May 11. The AMVCA, renowned for its celebration of talents across various entertainment spheres including film production, culture, fashion, and music, is expected to draw industry luminaries and enthusiasts from across the continent.
Viewers can now go ahead to vote for their favorite actors, movies, and shows on the voting website.
Audience participation is welcomed in categories such as Best Scripted and Unscripted Africa Magic Original, Best Digital Content Creator, Best Indigenous Language (representing West, East, and Southern Africa), Best Multichoice Talent Factory Film, and Best Indigenous Africa Magic Original.
The non-voting sections consist of Best Lead Actor and Actress, Best Supporting Actor and Actress, Best Director, Art Direction, Cinematography, and Costume Design.
Additionally, there are other categories such as Best Writing in a Movie and TV Series, Best Movie and TV Series, Best Short Film, Best Documentary, and Best Sound Design, Editing, and Makeup.
